The use of Aluminum Conductor Composite Core Steel (ACCCS) in the electrical distribution system at PT PLN ULP Sinabang has been proven to improve system reliability compared to the previously used Aluminum Alloy Conductor (AAAC). This study compares the performance of both conductors using reliability indicators such as SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) and SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index). The results show that ACCCS offers superior resistance to extreme temperatures, corrosion, and wind loads, which significantly reduces the frequency and duration of power outages. After replacing AAAC with ACCCS on a 17.4 km network consisting of 11 transformers, the voltage at the transformer increased from 210 V to 223 V under a 17 A load. Additionally, the SAIDI index improved from 9.0 to 0.56 hours/year, and the SAIFI index decreased from 10.9 to 2.39 interruptions/year. These findings highlight the effectiveness of ACCCS in enhancing the reliability and efficiency of power distribution systems, particularly in regions with challenging environmental conditions..
Shahru Neeza Ryffa RizqPristisal WibowoAdi Sastra P Tarigan

https://jurnal.alazhar-university.ac.id/index.php/vorteks/article/view/433

This research aims to analyze the impact of leadership, work motivation, and compensation on employee performance and work productivity within the Shared Services & Support Division of PT. XYZ. In the context of increasingly competitive global competition, employee performance plays a crucial role in organizational efficiency. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis and the Work Sampling method to measure productivity. The main objective of this research is to evaluate the impact of these factors on employee performance and to measure productivity through Work Sampling analysis. The novelty of this research lies in integrating the Work Sampling method and multiple linear regression to comprehensively analyze performance and productivity. The results indicate that leadership, work motivation, and compensation significantly influence employee performance, with compensation being the most dominant factor. Work Sampling analysis shows that employees spend 77.38% of their time on productive activities, slightly exceeding the industry standard. Therefore, it is recommended that PT. XYZ improve compensation policies, enhance employee motivation, and streamline work processes to reduce non-productive time.
Bayu Sutan MaulanaNukhe Andri SilvianaYudi Daeng PolewangiNinny Asnidar Siregar

https://jurnal.alazhar-university.ac.id/index.php/vorteks/article/view/434

From The research on Type 48 housing aims to analyze the comparison between the Cost Budget Plan (RAB) and the Implementation Budget Plan (RAP). The implementation in this study uses the Unit Price Analysis Method (AHSP), which helps identify the difference in total costs between RAB and RAP, primarily resulting from the number of laborers on site. Data collection methods include both primary and secondary data. The primary data types used in this study are as follows: a) Working Drawings or Design Plans b) Work Volume c) Unit Price Analysis (AHSP) d) Fund Recapitulation e) Observations f) Interviews. The secondary data used to support this research includes: a) Cost Budget Plan (RAB) b) Unit Prices of Goods and Services (SHBJ) of East Kotawaringin Regency c) Work Plan and Specifications (RKS). The Cost Budget Plan (RAB) for the Bumi Mentaya Residence housing development project is valued at Rp. 216,063,000, while the Implementation Budget Plan (RAP) is valued at Rp. 159,265,000. Therefore, the difference between the two budgets is Rp. 56,798,000, with a percentage level of 73%, which aligns with the acceptable range for RAP, typically between 65% and 75% of the total RAB cost
Johan Oberlyn SimanjuntakDiana SuitaSimon Petrus SimorangkirRomauli Stevani SinagaEben Oktavianus Zai

https://jurnal.alazhar-university.ac.id/index.php/vorteks/article/view/438

Efficient inventory control is a critical factor in maintaining cost-effective production, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) such as UD. Suwarno, a bamboo weaving industry in North Sumatra, is a prime example of this phenomenon. The company has historically relied on unstructured ordering based on customer demand, which frequently results in either excessive stock or emergency procurement, thereby increasing total inventory costs. The objective of this research is to analyze the company's current inventory system and apply the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method as a quantitative solution to optimize raw material procurement. The study employs a descriptive quantitative approach, grounded in primary data from observations and interviews, complemented by secondary data sources such as purchasing records and inventory expenses. The primary benefit of this research is its capacity to assist SMEs in implementing a systematic inventory management approach and achieving cost minimization by employing the EOQ method. The novelty of this study lies in its application of the EOQ model to the context of a traditional bamboo craft business, a subject that has been largely overlooked in extant literature. The findings indicate that implementing the EOQ method results in an optimal ordering quantity of 3,885 sticks per order and a reorder point of 288 sticks. This strategy led to a significant reduction in total inventory costs, from Rp 242,100,000 to Rp 83,462,136 per year, representing a cost saving of approximately 66%. Therefore, the results of this study demonstrate that the EOQ model is an effective tool for improving inventory efficiency and sustainability in traditional craft-based SMEs
Fahruz AfandiRiana PuspitaHanizaMarali Banjarnahor
